We talk

You tell us a little about your office. We answer your questions before anything happens.
We agree in writing

Before we touch anything, we put in writing what we will look at, what we will collect, who sees it and how long we keep it. If your office handles patient information, we sign a Business Associate Agreement first.
We check

We look at your computers and your email setup, then have a short conversation about the rest.
We walk you through it

You get the report and a plain-English walkthrough of what to fix first.

What we ask of you

Someone who can say yes
An owner or office manager who can approve the paperwork and the timing of the check.
A short conversation
About sign-in protection, backups, staff training and your plan for a bad day. Software can't see those, so we ask.
Honest answers
The report is only as good as what we can verify, and it says so. If we could not check something, we mark it as not verified instead of guessing.

What it costs

There is no fee and no obligation. If you'd like help fixing what we find, we're happy to talk about that. If not, the report is still yours.
